The Law Offices of Hassell and Hyatt
The Law Offices of Hassell and Hyatt have worked with a number of real estate professionals in the course of helping our mutual clients sell probate properties. We have found that real estate professionals often have questions about the probate process and how to best proceed in selling probate properties.
As result of these questions, my firm has put together a free seminar specifically for real estate professionals to shed light on how probate and real estate sales intersect in order to increase and accelerate your probate sales.

This seminar has been put together to help real estate professionals like you:
Armed with this knowledge, you will be better able to attract clients and assist buyers and sellers during probate sales. This 90 minute seminar provides key information realtors should know about the probate process (and how to avoid it) and includes an opportunity for Q&A. If you are interested in building your probate sales business and expertise, RSVP for Hassell and Hyatt’s FREE probate sales seminar.

Find and sign clients with probate listings.
The seminar will identify where probate proceedings and property sales are listed and how agents and clients can take part in the bidding process.

Gain key knowledge on the probate sales process and timelines.
Seminar attendees will learn how to know if a property can be sold at all, sold under the proposed terms, or even if the purported seller has the authority sign a listing agreement (which may not be the case).

Ensure that closings go smoothly.
You will learn what items your escrow officer will need, how to prevent delays in closing caused by waiting for legal documents, and how to ensure that sellers can provide all necessary items.

Identify when sales can be completed without probate proceedings.
There are a number of ways that the probate process can be avoided or shortened. The seminar will cover these approaches and identify when they can be used.
